Embroidery

Team Gear operates the most advanced embroidery equipment on the market today. All digitizing is masterfully done on site using exact garment coordinates. With a full spectrum of thread colors, no design is too complex. Additional materials may also be incorporated into the process including tackle twill or foam for a 3-dimensional appearance.

Screen Printing

A highly versatile technique to apply designs to a wide array of fabrics and materials, screen printing is an exceptionally cost-effective option when ordering in large quantities. With our newly expanded facilities, Team Gear is poised to meet your organization's demands better than ever.

Tackle Twill

Tackle twill involves sewing letters, numbers, or shapes to a garment -- generally using a nylon twill to hold the material in place. This process is historically time consuming as it requires the careful placement of each letter, number, logo, or shapes on the garment before they are individually sewn. Given our experience and attention to detail, we are experts at delivering tackle twill garments quickly. From a design perspective, tackle twill tends to work best for block letters and numbers.

Appliques

Depending upon your timeline or budget, Team Gear also customizes and personalizes garments with appliques. With many available choices, we can select the most appropriate applique for your team.
